Nice property and good location. Unfortunately, the communication with Grand Getaway was terrible. We notified Grand Getaway on Saturday when we arrived that there was no parking/beach pass in the property. It took them until Wednesday (5 days) to tell us that the previous renters drove home with the pass. We had to spend 120 on a pass for the week. The property manager dropped off the pass (when we only had 3 days left). He ignored our request to refund the cost we had to pay for a new pass. I contacted Grand Getaway many times and they never refunded us.
