Vacasa property management is unresponsive. Phone calls to Oregon after long waits didn’t get a solution. Emails must have confirmation number or Vacasa won’t help. Text number recommended on phone needs a key word or it won’t be accepted.
ANTS all over kitchen. We cleaned and cleaned. We wrapped all food up. We took out trash twice a day, but they kept coming back.
House is too far away to walk to beach. Parking pass let us park 1 mile away for free. Park mobile purchases required if you want to park closer.
Cleaners didn’t leave toilet paper, or remove mold in shower. Upstairs bedrooms are hot. Vacuum cleaner flipped a circuit. No dustpan.
The pool requires a fob to get in. Our fob didn’t work. Property manager wouldn’t help until 5 days of phone calls. So we only got in the pool once.
