Lovely 4th of July

Very lovely property. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. All the essentials were provided for us. They went above and beyond to be sure you had everything you needed, in addition to a sweet welcome gift of a local treat. The communication with our host was great, they were very responsive. Everything went smoothly. The property was extremely clean and the furniture was super comfy. Very walkable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and friends. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Rehoboth.

Very nice condominium

This is a very nice, comfortable and functional 3 bedroom condominium. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked and the owners provided many items that make the place functional right away (e.g., coffee filters, paper towels, dishwasher soap, extra toilet paper, etc). This is MUCH appreciated after a long tiring drive when one is tired and does not want to immediately have to go to the grocery store just to be able to function. The furnishings are comfortable. All appliances, etc. are in good working order. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. This was a very positive VRBO experience. Thank you.

Great stay at a comfortable place

We had a great weekend at this condo. Everything was easy to find, the furniture and beds were all comfortable, and the owners were really great about making sure we had everything we needed. The location is great - easy to get to both Rehoboth and Lewes - and a quick walk to Big Fish if you don't feel like driving to dinner.

Rehoboth with family

Fil and Rich were fabulous hosts. The property had everything plus some. It was just perfect. Not being tech savvy I got to try out some things with google nest. I like it. Neighbors were friendly as well. Close to everything. I took walks to Big Fish Grill, 3 minute walk, Egg restaurant 15 minute walk. Both have excellent food. Property is close to the pool. We had such a wonderful time. We would definitely book here again . Awesome rental.

5 star vacation rental!!

We couldn’t have been happier. Fil and Rich were amazing hosts who kept in close contact with us. The condo was even better than the photos. We immediately felt at home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious rooms. Loved the comfort height countertops in the bathrooms and the amenities provided like the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser in the showers. After our short drive home from the boardwalk we were able to relax and enjoy movies and shows in the apps on the large family room tv. Also loved having the in unit laundry so that I didn’t have to spend my first day back from vacation handling a week’s worth of dirty clothes. Fil and Rich did not spare a thing in making their rental like a home away from home. Thank you!!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay at the beach. It was even nicer than in the pictures. It is large, very clean, and well stocked. The owners were super helpful, caring and communicative. The location is amazing. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores all within a few minutes. And a quick drive to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a very nice stay at the beach! We will definitely be back! Thanks for providing such a nice place for our family!

The condo was as advertised. The view of the pond from the patio was nice. The rooms were clean and the cabinets were fully stocked. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood pools were clean and within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others visiting the area to book this property for a comfortable hassle free stay!

Great condo with amazing hosts!

We had a great time at this property! It is walkable to many things and an easy bike ride to the boardwalk. We biked all over the place and enjoyed watching movies as a family on the big flat screen when we were winding down from our adventures. Most importantly, our hosts were amazing. They have clearly put a lot of time into creating their guest guides for their property to make our vacation as frictionless as possible. I have yet to stay at another property that comes close to their approach to hosting. The condo was extremely clean and updated. Their communications were timely, informative, and full of exactly the information we needed. They have this down to a science. We will definitely stay with them again!

5 Day Beach Getaway

The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were on point. They had the beach chairs and cooler covered and they were in great condition..really appreciated that. 5 minute ride to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Parking was easy with the app.We did dinner at Rusty Rudder one night with the sunset...nice! We also went down to Hoopers in Ocean City one night. Jungle Jim's next door is an easy win for both kids and adults..lazy river was a hit. All in all..very smooth! Thanks to Fil and Rich for being great hosts..would certainly recommend.
