The Space:

This 100 m² independent loft-house welcomes you in the heart of the sought-after Boulingrin neighborhood. The bright, generous living room embraces a true loft style with high ceilings, extended by a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 spacious bedrooms and bathroom provide all the comfort needed to host up to 6 guests. Air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi and smart TVs complete this space, designed to blend architectural character with modern comfort.



Guest Access:

You'll have private, independent access to the entire loft-house, with no shared spaces with other units. Check-in details (access code or key handover) will be shared with you before your stay to ensure a simple, self-guided arrival at any time.



The Neighborhood:

The loft-house sits in the Boulingrin district, one of the most beautiful and pleasant neighborhoods in Reims: elegant streets, a real local atmosphere, and cafés and restaurants just steps away. The Hôtel de Ville and the famous Halles du Boulingrin, the city's Art Deco covered market, are a short walk away, as are the pedestrian shopping streets and the Cathedral of Reims.



Getting Around:

Reims Centre train station is about a 2-minute walk away, with direct TGV services to Paris in roughly 45 minutes and to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport in about 35 minutes. Tram lines A and B stop right by the station and cross the whole city. The city center is 5 minutes away on foot, the Cathedral about 15, and the champagne houses a short ride away.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is fully self-guided, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. Before your stay we send you the arrival instructions, the location of the key box and its code: you pick up the keys, let yourself in, and simply leave them back in the box on departure. We are not on site, but remain available by message throughout your stay.
