« This is a pet and family friendly home however the listing does not tell you that you have to share the backyard with the occupants of the garden cottage. The lovely beach is close by but we were told to walk through the overgrown woods to get there and 5 out of the 8 of us got ticks on them. A neighbor informed us we could rather walk down very nice wooden stairs to the beach. The property owner should have informed us. The house is very hot with no central air conditioning. « First impressions were good – the ground and first floors were clean and well equipped. The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments.
