„Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and ...

„They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..“

„Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.“

„Super schöne Unterkunft!“

„Unfassbar zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leckeres Essen, gute Cocktails, toller Strand. Algen werden regelmäßig entfernt. Gracias für den tollen Urlaub!“

„Gutes und stabiles Internet“

„This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough ...

„Great stay at La Reserva Tulum. The interiors are beautiful — serene, elegant and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is stunning. A lovely place to relax and unwind.“

„Außergewöhnliche freundlicher Service sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Zimmer am Strand sehr gepflegt, trotz Seegrass wird täglich sauber gemacht, Handtücher hatten manchmal Flecken aber man erhält laufend neue und sehr viele Handtücher verfügbar. Absolut tolles Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert würde wieder kommen. “
