« We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. « Property was garden units and they didn't list as garden units Second when we got there bed was broke later management did call inform us before was broke but we been there 4 hours already they did offer different units however they didn't have units with kitchen so we ended up with staying next day maintenance guys came fixed the bed It was easy to get airport and highway other than that I wouldn't stay especially clean fees $150 + another service fees for $60 it's not worth $700 for 3 nights »

« The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago. »
