« Drove up with my spouse and dog from Virginia to spend a few days with my mom who lives in the local area. Place used to be called European Crystal and apparently rebranded to Chez. Don’t know how it was before, but this place is pretty nice now. Folks were all friendly and rooms very comfortable. Huuuuge TVs on the walls, but the walls themselves were kinda thin. « Staff was always smiling and greeting me from the moment I got there. Even though my room was by the vending machine and near the elevator, the room was nice and quiet. The suite I rented would be perfect for a bridal party to get ready in (I was in for a wedding while I stayed). Super easy to hop on the El (train) or Metra, and close to may yummy restaurants. »
