„Wir hatten eine tolle Nacht in dem Hotel. Das Essen - besonders das Steak war sehr lecker. Unsere Kellnerin Nombulelo Mbedu war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich wundervoll um uns gekümmert. So eine Klasse Bedienung hatten wir seit Jahren nicht mehr. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen und man hört auch die Flieger, trotzdessen konnten wir gut schlafen. “

„One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The chef was so nice and made me a really lovely vegan meal for dinner and they packed me up a breakfast box for my early departure the next ...

„Airplane Spottertrip Johannesburg wonderful again, I stayed 5 nights in Birchwood Hotel and enjoyed very much everything. A quite nice room Nr 925 for only 50 swissfrancs including a huge nice breakfast buffett from 6h in the morning. Thank you for the nice big eggomelette very well done. All the staff in the hotel very kind and the free hotel shuttle with the nice drivers also excellent. I really recommend this beautiful hotel resort to everyone. I will return again.“

„The plus side is that the Hotel is very close to the Casino Complex, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was ok for me , everything what you need in the morning. The minus points are, that my room key was never working properly and I had to run up and down a few times. The windows are very thin so you can hear everything. But all in all a good hotel. “

„We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. “

„Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abgelegen in einem Vorort von Johannesburg. An der Rezeption war nur die Person eines Sicherheitsdienstes anwesend (ca.16 Uhr) und wollte uns zuerst ein Zimmer andrehen, wo die Zimmerkarte (Badge) nicht funktionierte !!! obwohl wir die einzigen !!! Hotelgäste waren.“
