« Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building. »

« This condo is perfect for a couple stay in downtown Newport. When they say steps to Thames Street, it is literal steps. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Communication with the host was timely and informative. Check in a breeze. If you're someone like me who does not care for hotels, would recommend. »

« Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

« The condo was great, clean and spacious. The location was perfect walking distance to everything and the contact person answered all pre arrival questions promptly. It is a little noisy when people leave the bars but definitely a great spot if you expect to be going out and about during the weekend to have fun. »

Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. »

« Location! Location! Location! Excellent. Centrally located so we could walk the city. Shops, restaurants and mansions. Beautiful place. Spacious. Beds so comfortable and a kitchen for our convenience. We loved our stay in Newport! »

« We came in on Saturday and had a very easy check in. The property is located so close to the shopping and sites. There is offsite parking, which is easy to maneuver. The property was spotless. Everything was absolutely perfect. The only suggestion would be to have body wash and shampoo in each bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own. Besides that this property gets five stars. We had a wonderful weekend. »
