The unit is located on the 4th floor providing great ocean views and breeze throughout the unit. There are two elevators for guests' convenience.

Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.
