« This cottage gives us everything we need for a holiday in this area. It’s quiet and peaceful with the occasional deer at the bottom of the garden. The enclosed large garden is perfect for our two dogs. The interior is well designed and very clean and tidy. My one wish is that it had a dishwasher but that wouldn’t stop me coming back which we definitely will be. Love it ! »

« Nice quiet location, although to the side of the property is small area with trees which has been used to dump scrap cars, building waste, broken furniture and other junk. There is a lovely little forest and footpaths to walk from the property though. Dreamwood is compact and basic, but fully equipped with everything you would need. « We were looking for a quirky thatched cottage near Abbots Ann, Hampshire, for a few nights and this fit the bill. The beds were clean and comfy. Access was great. We were surprised that towels are not included in the rental but are 5 pounds per person. It’s a very historic cottage so expect this to match your memories from 1966 - cobwebs and all. « We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »
