„Apartment was ok. It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy - ...

„Tolle Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Sie komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Direkt vor der Tür sind Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Man hat drei Metrolinien zur Auswahl, so kommt man gut zu allen Attraktionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. If we did need to take a taxi we could walk out our door and flag one down. The apartment is clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It is located near grocery and retail shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Seine River and Le Louvre are just a short walk away. It was everything we were hoping for while staying in Paris. The host was helpful and very available with any questions we had ...

There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. “

„Beautiful, large, comfortable Parisian apartment in an incredibly convenient location. 3 full bathrooms, AC and this much space is unheard of in Paris! Beds were comfortable, view was beautiful, and the the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!“

„Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. “

„Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé.Par contre nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau au niveau d’un toilette. La cuisine est équipée de façon assez minimaliste (1 casserole, pas de plat pour le four, pas de couteaux à viande). Par contre lave vaisselle, lave linge, grille pain, grand frigo.Cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille, à proximité du métro, dans un quartier prisé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!“

„Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer.
