„Excellent place to stay in Paris for a couple of days“

„Unfortunately, our experience in this apartment was very disappointing.The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which is a major issue, especially when internet access is expected during a stay. We informed the host and provided the requested details, including a photo of the modem, but the support received was very limited and not effective. We were simply told to restart the modem, even though the problem remained unresolved.There was also a fan in the apartment, but when we mentioned it was not ...

„We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.“

While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours ...
