„I have spent a long weekend in April 2013 at the Mount Edgcombe. Due to the bad weather, I had spent some time in the small but cosy room. The value for money was unbeatable and Pam and David have been very helpful hosts.“

„The Capri hotel is a loveley place for families! Very nice hosts in a familiar atmosphere near to the Torquay city. 10-15 minutes by feet. About 5-10 minutes to the train station.“

„The main reason for my 2 star rating was the unacceptable noise at night. Sounded like a immersion heater or similar going beserk. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. I was in room 2. „Es ist eine kleine süße Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Frühstück war gut.“

„Wir haben eine Suite bestellt und eine nette Kammer erhalten. Das Bild zur Buchung war falsch und irreführend! Das passt alles nicht zusammen!!!“

„Always a warm welcome at the Clifton by Claire and Steve.“

„Really lovely owners. Room 4 was really tiny and would need the chest of drawers and chair removing to make some space. No need for a chair if it’s only one guest. Amazing breakfast. Difficult to find parking on street. Spotlessly clean.“

„Sehr gastfreundliche Bewirtung, sauber und Familiäre Atmosphäre“
