« Hotel and room were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary food and drink in the room was also a nice touch. Nothing I can think of could have been improved. Would highly recommend. »

« Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure.
That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping.
They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...

« The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.
The full english breakfast was perfect too. »

« Séjour trÚs agréable. HÎtel avec le charme désuet d'un ancien trÚs grand hotel mais qui garde un trÚs bon standing. Seul le sourire du personnel manquait. »
