Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Everything was nice and smooth until I got a call from Tirsa, the manager, while I was waiting for my ferry to depart. She asked me if I took a bedspread cover by “mistake” and put it in my carry on because the maid didn’t see it. I was not only upset but mortified and told her that you don’t put “by mistake” a bedspread in your carry on. I told her that I used it on my bed to make it thicker because I was cold. I had to call her back to ask her if the maid found it, of course she did. I asked her to train the staff better because you can’t assume and accuse no one from stealing if they are NOT SURE! asking someone if by mistake they took and put in your luggage something, it’s accusing of stealing without using the word. That was a big insult to my integrity.
On another note, the breakfast it’s limited. No healthy or vegetarian options.
