Important information:



* The maximum occupancy is eight guests.

* Pets are not permitted.

* Parties, events, and visitors beyond the registered guest list are prohibited.

* Exterior cameras monitor the entryway and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.

* Early check-in and late checkout requests cannot be accommodated.

* The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are not operational.

* The home uses a septic system. Flush only human waste and toilet paper.

* Guests must provide propane for the gas grill.

* Please contact the management team immediately if a noise concern arises.



Check-in:



The smart-lock code will be sent 24 hours before arrival. After entering the code, press the checkmark button in the lower-left corner of the keypad.



Checkout:



Before departure, secure any keys and lock the smart lock. Load used dishes into the dishwasher and begin a cleaning cycle. During summer, set the air conditioning to 68°F; during winter, set the heat to 60°F.
