« The area was good and we enjoyed our time however, there was not enough supplies (silverware, cleaning supplies, dining) so we had to buy our own to use while there. The house was very cold when we arrived and would get very warm during the evening when it did warm up. »

« Beautiful home. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Walkable to everything. Beautiful views. Three floors/three bathrooms! Perfect for our family of 5. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, games/puzzles, beautifully decorated throughout the entire home. Loved it! »

« Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great! »

« The house is cute with nice details. The location is very good - near many things including University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital. The kitchen & downstairs bathrooms were clean. The living room had a nice TV and comfortable furniture. However, the house is not being maintained as it should be - on arrival there was a wet washcloth and an obviously dirty, stained towel in the upstairs bathroom. The shower curtain was hanging off the rod because there are not enough hooks to hold...
