2nd time staying at this property with my family and it was another great experience. Love that the amusement park is just a walk across the street, and the little pizza place right outside the front door is so convenient!

The place was beautiful and the area was near by many locations. For us it was also a plus because we were able to bring our dog and having a fenced yard was great. Next time we stay in Rochester this will definitely be our spot.

The hosts were kind and courteous. The house was clean and beautiful. Great location. We walked at sunset and had dinner with family at Nick's. We loved our lunch at Bill Gray's and relaxing in the cozy backyard too.

The property was ideal for us, and it's wonderful that our dog was welcome, too. We found it very nicely decorated and clean, and it offered lots of great amenities. It was also in a perfect location for us, including being so close to the lake and to Durand Eastman Park. Plus, Jennifer was great about answering any questions we had, and doing so quickly. Thanks!

Beautiful Home

The house was even better than the photos, and very accessible. It was a perfect location to get in and out of Rochester easily with amazing restaurants just a walk away from the house. Would definitely stay again:)

Excellent place

Very nice rental, super clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Great communication with owners. Will definitely stay again when visiting family! Some good restaurants close by as well- Salty pizza & Mediterranean within walking distance.

This was an absolutely delightful home. It was welcoming, clean and the owners thought of everything I needed to know about the area. The owners provided the amenities that made me feel right welcome. As my family is close by, I'm hoping to rent this adorable home again.

Great little getaway house

My family and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house! It was clean, spacious, and stocked with lots of fun things to do. My son loved the basketball hoop outside in the fenced area! With Seabreeze right across the street, and great restaurants all within walking distance, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire time! Will definitely stay again!

Great little getaway in well-appointed vacation home

A great home-away-from-home base for a recent family trip. Everything you could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms plus a handy little yard for a dog (necessity for us!) all tucked into a side street literally across from Sea Breeze. Restaurants galore within walking distance, five minute walk to the shore, and the most wonderful family diner with ice cream and terrific breakfast sandwiches - Don's Original. Definitely coming back to stay here the next time we are in the area. Thanks to the hosts for such a wonderful place!

We loved staying here! The beds are on the softer side, which isn’t my preference but my friends didn’t have any issues with it 😊. And the location!! Amazing!!!

Seabreeze Rochester visit

Beautiful little home very convenient to seabreeze and surrounding area. Clean well taken care of home in nice area, walk across the street to seabreeze the lake, Irondequoit bay or just down the road to several restaurants or bars. Of course it’s Rochester so you can easily be anywhere within a few minutes, surprisingly no coffee shops within walking distance but zero complaints with this place, will definitely stay again if
