Perfect beach getaway

We've stayed at a lot of nice rental properties, but this might be our favorite! It was the perfect gathering place for our family from different areas. Great location with easy, close access to the beach. The home looked brand new and super clean and had everything we needed- in the kitchen, hot tubs and saunas to warm up from the ocean water, warm outsides showers to clean off before coming in, even boogie boards and beach toys. Everything was thought of to make our stay easy and comfortable. Perfect place for everyone in the group- those that wanted to play at the beach and those that wanted to relax. Highest possible recommendation if your looking for a place to stay!

Perfect Oregon Coast Vacation

We had our first full family reunion in 10 years at this location last week and everyone's impression was "this home is PERFECT". It was comfortable with enough space for everyone and the perfect location close to activities we wanted to do as a family. The kitchens were amazing with everything we need to cook fresh seafood chowder, Tuscan chicken, Tri tip and of course brownies. The hosts were great at communicating with us throughout our stay. The ocean was just a few feet away!! We will be back!!!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful place, clean, and perfect for our group of 15 family members. (We had both units and it was easy to gather together and yet each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Perfect!

Perfect perfect

We took a college volleyball team out to Oregon for the views. The condo TOPPED IT! The communication was perfect. Thank you! The beds were so comfy the whole team talked about it! After hotels during the season, this was such a nice change. We all were able to be together and enjoy the one block walk yo the beach. They enjoyed the small jaunts to the coffee shop and other fun RB offerings. A must stay for big groups. A must stay for multiple family vacays.

Family reunion

Our group of three generations had a great stay at this property, for a family reunion for the first time in 25 years. We rented both adjoining units. The property is really well-equipped with high quality products, and with everything from kitchen items to household needs, and the location was great too. The access/entry was very easy and the owners were very responsive throughout our stay. Look forward to staying there again in the future!

Women's weekend getaway

There are not words to describe how wonderful this house, and the host Vivian was. Everything was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The beds were beyond comfortable and each room (even the bunk beds) were perfect for pampering ourselves. Vivian is a dream host and we are already dreaming of our next get away in this very special home! Thank you Vivian for creating such a perfect spot!

It Rocks!

We had 24 family members staying over Thanksgiving week for a family reunion - ranging in age from 2 years to 94 years. The 2 units are basically identical and contain the same amenities. We got a lot of use out of the hot tubs and sauna, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The weather happened to be awesome while we were there and we took daily walks down the beach as well as strolling the shops (Flamingo Jims was our favorite). There are also a couple forest walks (Octopus tree and Large Cedar) that are very close. We ended it with a ride on the Historic Oregon Rail that goes up and down the coast from Garibaldi to Rockaway and back. Also toured the Tillamook Creamery just 15 minutes south. I can't say enough about the hostess Vivian who was very responsive and prompt answering any questions we had. The units are practically brand new and well built. We had a great time and it went by way too fast. I asked everyone to rate it as they left and it was a unanimous 5 stars!

Great Beach home for large family

Perfect place for a family reunion

Our family all gathers on the Oregon coast each year. This year was Rockaway Beach and this property was in a great location, right across the street from beach access, beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed for cooking the whole visit. Very impressed with our accommodations!

This property is very spacious. There was room for everyone. The open living room and kitchen made it easy to prep and cook food, and so everyone could enjoying the time together. Beach access was very very good. Everyone had a great time.

Great Family Getaway

Gorgeous ocean property for large group

This duplex was truly stunning!!! Came here with 10 friends for my 50th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing accessible beach access, spacious for a large group, great kitchen, lots of beds and ample spaces for people to hang out. hot tubs and saunas were also so much fun. We were a group of 10 and were comfortably able to all gather together on one side. Host was flexible and responsive. I cannot recommend this house enough- hope to return!!!

Fantastic NYE stay!

I hosted a large group for a New Year’s Eve weekend and this was a perfect spot. It’s maybe 100 yards from the beach with easy beach access, but we barely wanted to leave the house at all. The hot tubs were great, and both saunas were spacious and comfortable. Tons of space for our 25ish to all have space for what they wanted to do on the property. Enough beds/bedrooms as advertised, and we had ample space to spread out, but also were able to fit well in one dining/kitchen/living room for NYE itself. We fit 11 cars in the driveway (double parked, but we’re friends), and there was good street parking also. Rockaway Beach doesn’t have much else in it, but this rental was wonderful for our group. Would definitely stay here again if I had the group to do it.

You will NOT be disappointed

This property is incredible. It had so much nice space for 8 adults to work and also get away from each other, as needed. (Work trips with coworkers can be a lot sometimes lol) The view is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and the aesthetics are prefect. Not to mention the beach access is literally just across the street. The duplexes are exactly the same with every last detail matching-down to the kitchen cutlery. Which made finding what we needed very simple from one side to the other. We are already planning to stay again next year. A couple coworkers are also planning to book in the future for their family trips as this place is great for kids of all ages. I would have given it 10 stars if possible.

Luxury stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, beautiful, right next to the ocean, perfect for a family get away. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The dining table is perfect for a large family. The rooms are so cozy! The bathrooms have HEATED floors! We were blown away. The sauna and hot tub were clean and very easy to use! Perfect for a beach get away. 100% recommend!
