The evenings were cool after a sweltering day. The sunsets were colorful. I was intimidated with the stairs. When taking them down, I went down the stairs facing forward. We arrived very late and had asked for lights to be left on but it was totally dark. We ended up stopping in the road and shining a bright flashlight to see the address in black on the front of the house.
