« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »

« I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was very clean and it's very comfortable and homey. I expected smaller guest quarters, but it's a full, roomy apartment. The location was perfect for me, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. « We booked this property because of its location, very close to my family, and theme, as my entire family likes Harry Potter. The theme is well done, with decorations, games, costume robes/wands, etc. in every room. Everyone had a great time exploring when we first arrived. « I love the industrial look and the history about the mill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The place just grew on me. On a different note, new bath mats are needed. My brother fell getting out of the shower because the mat was very slippery. He’s fine. Towels rolled up on my bed were damp.
