Premier étage très lumineux de 100 m². Netflix, 1 grande chambre des maîtres, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, grand salon avec poutres en bois, un confortable canapé-lit double et une vue imprenable sur Temple du Panthéon.
Du salon, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur le Panthéon, si proche de vous que vous aurez l'impression de toucher l'ancien temple des dieux et des empereurs romains. Pas de bruit très calme.
L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes facilement, avec un canapé-lit très confortable dans le salon.
Situé au coeur de Rome, Rome, Italie L'appartement est très proche des places les plus importantes et vous ne pouvez pas manquer les monuments les plus importants et le musée de Rome. This property completely lives up to it's pictures and description. Lucia, the property manager, was very helpful in all we asked of her. I still pinch myself remembering the view of the Pantheon.

She is delightful and the flat, location and all aspects of her hospitality exceeded our expectations The flat was clean and perfect for us. Great location and communication. It is a very elegant apartment right next to the very busy Pantheon. But the windows blocked out most of the noise in the living room and ALL the noise in the bedroom. The location is great, and we walked to all the sights; museums, St Peter's, Colosseum etc. Being early April, we never used the heater or a/c. And would certainly love to come back.

This place a perfect spot if you are planning on seeing all the top sites in Rome. We walked everywhere and nothing (from the coliseum, to Vatican City, or any of the amazing neighborhoods) was more 15-20 minutes away. Also, It felt amazing to open the full length windows and have the pantheon right in front of you. There are a a bunch of good restaurants and pizzerias mere steps away. Lucia was great too. She explained everything about the place to use to ensure an easy stay there. If we needed anything, she quickly responded. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay at Lucia’s incredible home could not have been more perfect. From the initial inquiry on VRBO to the sad ending of our too short 3 day stay, Lucia could not have been more available, or attentive. Every detail, small to large was in place to ensure we felt spoiled and at home. The history in her space is evident and beautiful. It is then juxtaposed with gorgeous modern art, decorations and style. We fell in love with this space. Then, we only needed to go out the front door to step into the centre of the city, where we could walk everywhere, and we did!!! We loved Rome, our home while we were there and Lucia who made it all so special for us. Arrivederci for now…we will be back!!!

My wife and I were on the last leg of a 3 week trip through Croatia and Italy. For our 4 night stay in Rome we decided to rent this apartment rather than stay in a hotel. Best decision we’ve made! The apartment is so beautiful and well appointed. With not 1, but 2 Juliet balcony windows overlooking the columns of the Pantheon. The owner, Lucia, was spectacular throughout. She met us at the apartment and welcomed us with open arms. It was amazing to be able to relax with a glass of wine in a beautiful living room, open the windows and hear the street musicians serenading crowds below. Such a great way to finish our adventure. Thank you Lucia!!

Lucia is amazing. Great communication and made everything easy. The flat is in the best location walking distance from everything also a great e-bike location around the corner. The flat is everything we expected the bed was extremely comfortable with the air conditioning, keeping the room perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

My friend and I had a perfect stay in this well-appointed, very clean, darling apartment with windows that felt like you could reach out and touch the Pantheon. Although we only had one question, Lucia was very responsive and made us feel so at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and cutely decorated. I would definitely recommend this fantastic property! The apartment is even better than the pictures with fabulous details. The location is perfect for exploring Rome! Lucia is an amazing host…she responds to all questions incredibly quickly and is so helpful! Her food recommendations were fantastic and she made my kiddos feel so welcome…she even provided juice in the fridge for them upon arrival! I would definitely stay here again!

Lucia was a wonderful host - warm, accommodating and helpful. She checking in on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The location is a great place to base yourself if you want to get to all of the main attractions. We enjoyed opening the windows along the front and people watching while sipping our wine before going out to eat. Thankfully the bedroom was in the back because it was a quiet place to sleep despite being right next to the Pantheon. Lucia's guide book was helpful in getting us some tips for restaurants etc. might need a little updating though. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

This apartment is everything it shows in the listing — in the morning we enjoyed coffee in the living room with windows open, looking out on the Pantheon and watching the crowds start to gather in the piazza. We slept soundly in the bedroom tucked away in the back, away from street noise (it was never very noisy anyway, since it’s raised up from the street). The A/C unit wasn’t particularly powerful, but we opened the window to keep it cool at night. Lucia was very communicative and helpful, and let me check in early. Her restaurant recommendations were wonderful.

Three of us age 65+ stayed for 8 days. The location is perfect to do all of the "tourist" things in Rome. We walked or took a short cab ride everywhere. Plenty of room in the apartment for 3. It was one floor up so easy to get too. Lucia was very friendly and responsive to us. The negative was that the second bathroom was outside the apartment , down the hall and past 2 locked doors so it wasn't easily accessible. Only 2 of 4 burners worked on the stove. Overall the apartment needs an update to make the beds/furniture/linens more comfortable for the price paid to rent the apartment.

Very clean. Quite wonderful. Lucia is gracious. With the Pantheon as your next door neighbor, you can see much by walking about. Eases logistics. We were 4. 2 adults, 2 kids under 11. Plenty enough space for us. If everyone in your family is 6ft tall, then this might feel tight. You can hear the happenings in the square in the living room, which we liked. It is more quiet in the bedroom, which we liked very much.
