« We loved our stay in Oxford. The house was great and the property was so nice with the sandy beach and dock. This was one of the best equipped houses we have rented. We had all the necessities and some nice extras. We visited downtown Oxford which had shops, breweries and restaurants. Nice golf courses and a great park with a splash pad (so much fun for our toddler) were nearby. Craig was a wonderful host and would love to stay again. »

« I needed a place to stay for a month while awaiting my new home after closing while the tenant stayed to clean and get moved out. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Peaceful and much better than staying in a noisy extended stay hotel. The price was also absolutely right with a discount for extended stay. « The interior of the property was pretty good. One bedroom door would not close due to interference from the bed. Tv remotes were not provided and an app on a cell phone ws needed. Kitchen was well equipped but could stand to have more dishes. The exterior was not well kept. The lawn had not been mowed in a long time and the patio area, while spaicous, needed a lot ot TLC. We used the pizza oven and hot tub and both were fine. The property manager was among the most responsive I've ever dealt...
