« The overall place was not clean. My room was horrible. The smell of the AC and dampness wasn’t good. The WiFi was free but wasn’t a good connection. The carpet wasn’t clean and the towels were worn or old. I went to Walmart to get some so towels to use. I made the best of the situation but will not be returning. I could have changed rooms but booked through 3rd party and my husband didn’t want to lose our money. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
