„Beautiful house, great location in Fredericksburg. I would recommend this house to everyone! Only downside was the lack of drinking glasses in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen, and access to a washer & dryer would be nice for people traveling several days/weeks. „The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. “
