« This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« Really enjoyed my stay! The room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Kind of odd that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevator, and the lighting could’ve been a little brighter, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great spot and I’d stay again. »

« L’endroit est dans beau petit secteur tranquille pas très loin de St-John’s en voiture . Bar laitier et restaurant à proximité ainsi qu’un petit dépanneur. Trail de la east coast à distance de marche . »

« Ideal location for St Johns visit, walking distance from Signal Hill and several walking trails. The house is perfect for a couple, has everything required for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had cooking oil, some spices, and parchment paper, which is a really good thing for short stays. »

« We really enjoyed our time in St. John’s, NL! The property was in a nice and safe location. The host was quick to communicate and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area! »

« Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. »

« Our family had a great stay at the house. We appreciated the location with easy access to downtown, the off-street parking, and the beautiful view of the harbour from one of the bedrooms. The only suggestion would be to have more pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Catherine was a wonderful host, helpful and communicative. Check in was easy and special attention to accommodate our baby was greatly appreciated. House was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend ! »

« Excellent location within a quick walk of the downtown core. Easy check-in. Dedicated parking a plus. Very clean (always appreciated). Unique 3-story layout (embrace the stairs). Open concept entry/living room and kitchen area would be great for entertaining. Old-fashioned style bathtub is great for a sit down bath but a little challenging for a shower. Would definitely rebook. »

« This is a charming and quirky home in an ideal St. John's neighborhood. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars we wanted to visit- nothing was more then 10 minutes away. It was ideal! »
