„Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Receptionistin brachte uns weg vom Meer in ein Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer hatte eine grosse Palme vor dem Fenster und keinerlei Aussicht. Wir protestierten sofort und wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten Abklärung ohne geringste Entschuldigung in ein schönes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude direkt an der Waterfront gebracht. „Das Zimmer entsprach der Ausschreibung und war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, aber knapp. Das Nachtessen gemaess Karte war recht, aber die Bedienung langsam. 55 Minuten vom Absitzen bis zum Servieren eines Standard-Menues sind eindeutig zu viel. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich, dasjenige der Reception wenig hilfreich. Unterstützung für Ausflüge gab es keine. Wir haben es trotzdem genossen.“

„This place blew our minds! Customer service was excellent. The room was high tech and very clean. The shower was relaxing. The bed was comfortable, We only wish it was bigger ;) The location is perfect, not too far from town and not too far from AIA. Property was properly secured. The price is unmatched! We came not knowing what to expect but we were completely blown away, and left with heavy hearts. Would 100% recommend.“
