When we arrived, there was a significant amount of sand on the floors throughout the home. Additionally, there was mold on the ceiling of the loft area. We submitted a ticket, but were told that the maintenance company had another home in the area that they were more concerned with, so they likely wouldn't get back to us during our visit. The pool didn't have any maintence personnel arrive to check on it during our stay, and it was cold every day we got into it despite the Solar Heating setting being in the 100 degree range. When we submitted a ticket for the lightbulbs being out, the realty company responded to promptly. As far as I can tell, the realty company cares more than the subcontracted specialty companies that manage the pool and housekeeping.
