Jennifer wow, we are speechless, we typically have 5 star reviews. Glad you found the cottage cozy and as pictured. Yes, Jennifer did asked for a full refund after staying for three days which we found odd because she was leaving the next morning and never made us aware of any issues. We truly do our best to accommodate all our guest. 1. There is always plenty of street parking available, with the exception of summer, one may have to park a few cars down. (A little exercise is always good for the soul). 2. There is a skylight above the cottage which makes it not dark. 3. No, there is not a public washing machine next door. We conveniently have a coin operated washer/dryer for our guest which is one unit away. 4. Yes, we do have a motion light for safety and for our late night guest checking in. 5. When asked if we could have our property manager stop by she said no. 6. I personally tried to call Jennifer several time, she refused to answer my call and would only communicate through VRBO (I think she wanted to have a her vacation would be free). 7. We did offer a refund if she wanted to check out early. 9. Once again Jennifer, we apologize for any inconvenience. 10.
