« Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back! »

« We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

« This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend! »

« My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed....

« Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. The views of the hills are breathtaking! It's a shame we didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast and dinner menu or a cooking class, but it will definitely be...

« Notre sĂ©jour ici a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison est telle Que dĂ©crite et tres propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits comfortable. La literie et les seviettes sont de bonne qualitĂ©. Notre hĂŽte, David, est facile Ă  rejoindre si nĂ©cessaire. Il y a du stationjement pour deux voitures. David nous a fourni tous les renseignements nĂ©cessaires pour les transports vers Florence. Il est tres facile de stationner Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de Florence et prendre un tram pour seulement quelques euros. ...

Des fourmis a l’entrĂ©e aux toiles d’araignĂ©es, mais surtout une forte odeur de moisissure qui embaume le 2eme Ă©tage au complet et mĂȘme les draps et les matelas. Dans la cuisine: une forte odeur de crĂ©osote est prĂ©sente dĂšs que l’on ferme la porte. Le four au gas ne fonctionne pas. Le plafond coule.
