« I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again. »

« This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals.
