Excellent customer service from the pool to the restaurants to front desk services, they were always friendly and accommodating above & beyond. Ask Kim, the owner for Tonya’s phone number, she has a concierge service who booked airport transfers, shopped for food, made great restaurant recommendations and made a beautiful private boat reservation for us. Villa la estancia is a wonderful resort, right on Medano beach, close to town and the staff is great. We traveled as a family with age range from 3 to 70 and everyone loved this property and the surrounding resort. Highly recommend! “
