Schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Haus im Jahr 2007 mit Updates und Upgrades im Jahr 2016. 1 Block zum Strand und der Promenade in wunderschönen Innenstadt von Pismo Beach gemacht gebaut. Ein Blick auf das Meer aus dem Wohnzimmer genossen werden, sowie aus dem Vorderdeck. Ein brandneues Deck mit Mahlzeiten im Freien und Gasgrill sind der perfekte Ort, Zeit mit Freunden und Familie in der Küsten Luft zu verbringen. Der offene Wohnbereich hat gepolsterten Sofas, Flachbildfernseher mit digitalem Kabel-Service, einschließlich Filmkanäle. Diese Eigenschaft ist mit einem privaten drahtlosen Internet-Netzwerk ausgestattet für die Gäste. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und für hausgemachte Gerichte ausgestattet. (Lebensmittel und verderbliche Gegenstände sind nicht vorgesehen.) Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad verfügt ����ber Schiefer Fliesenboden und Dusche umgeben und verfügt ��ber eine Dusche / Wanne-Combo mit einem Regenduschkopf ausgestattet. Es gibt ein franz����sisches Bett in jedem der anderen zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen beide im Erdgeschoss befinden. Wonderful Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located close to restaurants and just a quick walk to the pier and beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Beds were very comfortable. Even had board games to play in the evenings as we were relaxing. Nice to have a garage to park. Check in and out was super easy and great communication. We will stay here again!

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.

271 Cypress Offers a Great, Quiet Location

Reviewer Comments: Pros:-271 Cypress is a pleasant and quiet location, that is less than two blocks from the beach.- The condo is located near the corner of a one-way street and a street that ends by crossing a one-way bridge.- It has a drinking water filtration system that has its own faucet by the kitchen sink.- It has a water softener system for soft water showers and laundry.- It has a safe in the pantry for storing valuables. Cons:- During the winter, the lower level is hard to heat with the general heating system. You need to rely on space heaters to warm the two lower bedrooms.- The Philips sound system is disconnected from the only TV in the condo. The TV needs a sound bar!Note: Our friends stayed in this condo during the winter of 2022. They also experienced the same issue with the heat in the lower level and the TV's poor sound.

There were no surprises with our rental due to their thoroughness!

Great Location / Great House!

This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.
