„Perfect!“

„An excellent ryokan with top Service, Food and onsen.“

„Great location with access to the lake/ beach in a couple of minutes and views of Mt Fuji direct from the property. Fantastic service from the guys at reception; from the shuttle bus to sightseeing advice, sorting extras out in the cottage and helping us with escaping the typhoon. The best and most genuine that I’ve experienced! Thankyou again for letting us stay with you. “

„The house is close to Kawaguchiko station and other tourist spots which we really love. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our stay were comfortable. My suggestion is just to add more stocks of Nespresso cup refills per day or of stay and also to add mirrors on the bedrooms. Overall, I would highly recommend it.“

„Super relaxing stay for 4 of us. Nice hot tub on the patio with a selection of included bath salts and face masks. Included a nice selection of wines and other drinks. They brought an awesome full steak dinner for us to bbq on a beautiful glass patio. Also brought a nice complete breakfast with juices coffee tea. Overall one of our best memories of Japan!“

„Direkter Blick zum Fuji. Toller Onsen im Haus“

„Really nice experience, specially for the preparation of your own meal in a barbecue style. Amazing staff.“

„Clean rooms, house had a full kitchen of appliances, pots/pans, knives and spoon/fork. Was able to pick up some nice wagyu from the local supermarket and cook some meals! They also had a nice wet room/bathroom connected to the laundry room. Plenty of hot water to go around. The neighborhood was beautiful and not as far as a walk from the station.“

„The staff is very courteous. Great Japanese menu.“

„++ great view, nice cabin with small terrace, shared sauna for personal use - - walk up the hill with your luggage, breakfast reservation 2 days in advance, minimum equpped“
