Welcome to Here Comes the Sun, a luxury vacation home located just steps from the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico with it's own private beach access. This property is not affected by the Customary Beach Law. It will come with lanyards that will offer full access to all neighborhood beach locations.
This three-story home features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, more than 800 square feet of covered porches, and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
The house amenities consist of a heated pool and hot tub, a gas fire pit and beach gear consisting of beach chairs, a chair dolly and other beach items for the kids. The house also comes with 4 adult cruiser bikes. The pool & hot tub heat fee is $60 per day. We are happy to assist with any aspect of your stay. You are guaranteed to make great memories here!

• Fully Equipped for Fun: From an extensive amount of beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys) to pool toys and kitchen supplies, everything is provided to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
• Charming Neighborhood: Old Blue Mountain Beach is laid-back luxury with a friendly vibe. You will love walking, biking or riding its wooded streets. Within a mile, discover top-rated restaurants like Mimmo’s and Cowgirl Kitchen, live music at Redfish Taco and Redd’s, delicious treats at Blue Mountain Bakery, essentials at For the Health of It grocery store, and the famous ice cream of Blue Mountain Creamery.
• Convenient Location: Just an eight-minute drive to Seaside by golf cart or car. Even closer are Gulf Place (don’t miss Shunk Gulley) and Grayton Beach’s eclectic downtown and the world-famous Red Bar. With over 30 of the area’s best restaurants within a five-minute drive, dining options are endless.

COVID-19 Sanitation
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

No Pets Allowed
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

No Parties/Events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
