Buyer beware
Upon arrival, trash was in the driveway and both trash bins were full and overflowing. Only about half of the light bulbs inside were functioning. The A/C intake was completely clogged with dust and all vents were covered in dust. The master bedroom mattress was visibly sunken in from overuse, and we were forced to make our kids double up in beds so we could sleep on the bed in the second bedroom. Most of the dishes were dirty. The WiFi did not work. The outdoor shower was broken. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The air hockey table from the photos was not in the home (which my kids were looking forward to using). I emailed the property mgmt company, and they assured me they would fix every single issue. However, all they did was change the light bulbs and air filter. And they used an air filter that was too small. I found a correctly sized air filter in the closet and changed it myself. There is also a doorbell camera despite the listing not disclosing this. Since the mgmt company didn’t do anything, I reached out to Vrbo for assistance. I was told we would qualify to be placed somewhere else for the remainder of our stay. However, they never came through despite several phone calls. Vrbo also told me I would be refunded for this stay, and It never happened. I sent them all documentation they requested and never heard from them again. I replied to their emails and was notified that the email chain was no longer being monitored. Still waiting for my refund.
