Overall - Pretty good, but some serious problems.The Good: mostly well equipped kitchen. Accurate specs on bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is its best feature. Beds are ok, not great. A/C works well.The Bad: Started with: a clogged toilet, rickety coffee table, a pool-area deck in complete disrepair, rickety cracked and partially broken outdoor staircase, broken outdoor chairs, non-functioning pool skimmer, dead grill igniter, 7 fewer than the promised number of beach towels, black mold on at least one HVAC vent. Spent quite a lot of time communicating with the property management, which ultimately resulted in the following fixes: provision of a lighter to light the grill, and a few turns to tighten some nuts on a coffee table the repairman advised needed to be replaced. Another repairmen declared the condition of the outdoor deck to require replacement, and the outdoor stair-repair-condition "despicable." A plumber who was dispatched quickly after the initial repairman could not fix the clog, found travel size shampoo bottles in the toilet line and fixed it.Property management never even provided the missing 7 beach towels, and did nothing regarding the dangerous condition of the outdoor pool deck and outdoor stairs. To top it off, once we lit the grill and let the dirty grates burn off for a while, about 30 seconds after our burgers were on, the dirtier-than-we-realized grill ignited in a grease fire that ruined our food. Management didn't do anything.
