Check in was so easy. I flew in later and my son checked in and had not problem. Dream Destinations communicated with him. The kitchen was amazing. They had everything you needed. I have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked.The entire experience was 5 star. Thanks for a wonderful family trip. I would stay there again!!!

Wonderful home, 'hood, location

We loved our stay at The Laughing Place. The location was fantastic. We've stayed at many rentals in 30A, and we loved this neighborhood and location. The golf cart was a huge bonus to be included, as well as the bikes. It was just a short golf cart or bikeride to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We travelled with 4 teens who biked to Seaside, the pool, the beach, and general exploring each day. We loved the nature trail and enjoyed seeing deer. The house was perfectly appointed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed- and then some. The property management team was very responsive and came out right away when we had one small issue to resolve. Everyone loved the pool- we even grilled out there one night. All in all, the property and location exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful home but Wifi lacking

While we absolutely loved this house and location we were unable to watch smart TVs or do any work on computers. Phones would barely connect to the Wifi much less laptops or TVs. I’m guessing an upgraded router would go a long way! Other than that, we loved the pool and golf cart and the house was great for two families.

Perfect escape

We needed a home away from home for virtual school and work for a week and this home was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, basketball hoops and playground onsite. Also, the community is flat and great for walking with a stroller, and riding bikes and scooters! The golf cart was a nice bonus- we rode it to the beach a couple of times! The house was super comfortable and had plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. Would have been nice to have some basic seasonings- salt and pepper, etc! Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Beautiful home

Very impressed with this home. Had all the essentials and everything we needed to prepare meals and entertain. Very clean, plenty of space for a large group. Downside was proximity to the beach was just too far for us, even with the included golf cart. Master bedroom upstairs had the hardest mattress we have ever slept on. I recommend getting a foam topper for it. We were very uncomfortable sleeping in it every night.

Beautiful House, But…

This property is absolutely beautiful and professional decorated; however, the BeachWalk Vacations that manages the property was TERRIBLE. The floors were dirty, not sure when they had been mopped. You could not walk around barefooted without getting dirty. The advertised golf cart NEVER worked. This was the primary reason we selected this specific property was because we had 6 adults and wanted to enjoy the golf cart as opposed to getting into our cars. I called every single day of my vacation begging for this to be fixed or a replacement issued. Highly disappointed. The proximity of the pool to the house was perfect, we all enjoyed the pool and clubhouse.

Short trail to pool - has bikes- golf cart - kitchen is well equipped- decorated beautiful - very clean- we did not have any issues with anything while there - very accommodating area - we have stayed in Naturewalk for many years. Wish pool stayed open later than 9.

Lovely home for a lovely family getaway

This trip to the coast was just a group of 4 adults. The home was sized well for us, as one couple took the downstairs master, and one took the upstairs master. The house met our needs, and then some! The golf cart was really helpful. We didn't use the bikes, but I attribute that to the rain. Another time, maybe.

Wonderful house!

This home was very nice and the rooms were even more spacious than expected! Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults with little ones. The bikes and golf cart made a big difference. Could easily take either to the Publix down the road. It was difficult to get a big group down to the beach - since you can’t take the golf cart down the nature walk, we had to drive and there was usually quite a bit of traffic. the public beach area fills up fast! That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The home was very clean, nice appliances, well stocked kitchen wares, and beautiful patios. The gathering place pool is very close to the house and lovely! I would recommend bringing extra dish towels, wash cloths, and hand towels.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. We stayed with three small children and the house worked perfectly. The kids enjoyed the golf cart, which provided easy access to the beach and shopping. Pool and playground is very close (and 2-3 other playgrounds in other neighborhoods were accessible with the golf cart). We could walk to both in 2 minutes or less, giving the kids plenty of things to do during the stay. Great place.

Amazing Stay at the Laughing Place

We spent a week at this property and had a wonderful time. The weather, the house and the location were all perfect. Property was exactly as described. We used the bikes and the golf cart to get around. The sand was soft at the beach and the water was warm and beautiful. We are already planning a trip back next summer.

Nice property

The golf cart is a must. There's a Publix grocery right nearby, but still not easily accessible by walking. House is really clean and nice. Laundry machines, dishwasher and stove are all top-notch. 10 minute drive to the beach, and parking is easier because of the golf cart. We went to the pool on the way back from the beach, which is on the way.

Loved it!!!

This was such a cute house and neighborhood! We had two families and two extra adults with plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart is key if you are spending time at the beach which is a little trek from the house. Our kids had a blast riding the bikes around the quaint neighborhood too. Great floor plan for the house, awesome location, and nice amenities made our stay the best vacay we’ve had in a while.

Great home!

This is a beautiful home, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes for eating in, the living room is cozy but spacious, and we loved the long dining table for our large group. The neighborhood is quiet with great access by bike or golf cart to beach as well as to the local Publix, and it is just a short walk to the pool. It was also really close to Seaside which was a great place for dinner out and taking the kids for ice cream! We didn’t want to leave!

Best vacation ever!

My 4 boys, husband and I had the most amazing trip thanks to this home! It was spacious, close to the beach. Came with bikes and a golf cart for easy access to the beach and pool! We will ABSOLUTELY be back again for many years to come!
