This property was as beautiful as the pictures! It’s was very well maintained and we loved how open the floor plan was for our group! The kitchen/living room/dining room space was amazing and where we congregated. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillow options! We loved the multiple outdoor seating areas as well and the driveway comfortably fit 4 large trucks/SUVs without any issue. Would definitely rent this house again!

This home is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Overall, the inside is very roomy and spacious with many great amenities. The home is very inviting for all ages to stay here. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool when we couldn't be at the beach. The depth and size was perfect. The electric cart was a huge bonus when going to the beach! We were able to haul everything we wanted or needed with us and made for easier parking. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance to go back. Thank you, again for your wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful Beach Home

We traveled with 6 adults + 2 toddlers and the house was more than plenty big. Each couple had their own room + bathroom + closet space. The golf cart was perfect to jump on and ride over to the beach (literally 4 minutes away to the nearest public beach access). The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, keurig, and super nice appliances. There were board games, cornhole boards, a ping pong table in the garage, and several beach + pool toys. Having our own private pool was the perfect addition to our stay. We traveled in October and utilized the heated pool feature. (One thing to note is that the heated feature is additional cost, but worth it if traveling during cooler months). We love Santa Rosa Beach and we will be back to stay in the future!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach home was perfect. Great proximity to the beach, the private pool was the perfect size. The home was equipped with anything you needed. Our kids loved the bunk room and the upstairs loft. It was nice they had their own space. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful!!

100% would recommend this beautiful home to any group or family. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and any group or family. The beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride max and really could just be walked. The property had so many beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and anything else you could possibly need for the beach.I have nothing but great things to say about this house and will definitely be looking into it next trip!

Stunning House Walkable to the Beach

This house was gorgeous and perfect for a large group of adults (would also be great for families). It was also huge and spacious, the pictures did NOT do the size of it justice! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Also, they had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the beach - 12+ chairs, coolers, toys for kids, umbrellas, etc. I HIGHLY encourage the owners to add a picture of the garage where they store it all in because we wished we didn't bring our own chairs/stuff - would have saved us so much room in the car. The golf cart was perfect for transporting all our gear to the beach and the house was a 5min walk. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Construction

House is really nice! Location good, a lot of construction going on across the street making it difficult to come and go. Warning family with small children or older adults the stairs are really steep. Pool awesome needs a little shade area is all. Definitely would stay here again.

Great week at Dune Drive

Home was as described and having the pool heated was fabulous for the little ones! When I couldn’t figure out the beach access, Lisa offered to guide me there - that’s service! Home had everything needed but I would suggest some plastic glasses and dishes for eating outside on deck and patio around pool. Would rent again!

The house is even more beautiful then the pictures. It was very clean, large and in a great location. Loved the kitchen! Lisa was very easy to get ahold of and always check to see if we needed anything. Definitely will rent this house again!

Girls Weekend

This house could not have been more perfect for our weekend girls trip! There was more than enough room for the twelve of us. We loved every aspect of the house- the private backyard/pool, the brand new golf cart, the two minute commute to the public beach access, the ice maker, ect. I could go! This house has it all! We even booked our trip back for next summer during our stay. Lisa and her team were so incredibly kind and helpful, she quickly responded to all of our messages and picked up on the first ring when we needed help accessing the house. If you are looking for the absolute perfect get away, look no further. This house made our stay in Destin a dream!

Highly Recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this property! The house was gorgeous! The day we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager. She was so friendly and made sure the house was ready for us and that we didn't need anything. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our big group! We had plenty of room to move around. We LOVED having a separate ice maker! It was great for icing down our coolers when heading to the beach. The large stovetop and griddle gave us plenty of burners to cook a big meal for our group of 11 people! The beds were so comfy! We all slept so well. The bunk room was perfect for our kids! They loved having their own microwave and mini fridge! The pool out back was a great way to enjoy time in the water without being at the beach. It was so clean and just the right size! Our favorite part was the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach! We had a brand new golf cart which we did use, but some of us loved that we could walk there! If you are looking for a house to rent, this is it!!!

Great Family Vacation Home

The was one of the best properties with a great location. The house was bright, new and clean. Quick walk to the beach and a great addition was the golf cart to take things back and forth. The house had everything needed, chairs , water floats, water runs, and more. The pool was great fun for the family as well.

Best beach house we’ve ever rented!!!

Seriously can’t say enough good things about this house + our experience. It was spacious and beautiful. They thought of everything for use. Each bathroom was stocked with things one may forget. The kitchen was stocked with things you need right away but may not have brought with you. The kitchen was out of a magazine. It was beautiful. The closets are huge which is a plus for pack n plays and still airy enough you don’t have to worry. The golf cart made it easy for us to navigate three families with babies getting to and from the beach + getting food Togo. We will be back for sure.

Amazing rental!

This house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful house inside and out. Backyard is spacious with pool and a patio overlooking it all. Kids all loved the bunk room. The kitchen was gorgeous with lots of room for cooking and hanging out. The 6 seater golf cart was loved by everyone and was a tremendous help taking people back and forth to the beach. We will definitely be back and miss it already!
