« We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. And you woke up to this view when you’re going to sleep with the view is amazing. Highly recommend. »

« It was great waking up to the beautiful ocean view, seeing the amazing sunsets over the ocean, and listening to the waves crashing on the beach at night. The gated property was clean and felt very safe. It was also very private. The pool and patio were also great places to relax and take in the views. « It was fantastic, we really appreciated being on the beach for enjoying the beach, the view and sunsets. Quite central location for any activities or visits around. The whole family enjoyed the stay in this lovely property, with great daily cleaning service and welcoming house manager. Only the AC needed some repair (which have v’been made during our stay) and bathroom are a little aged. »

« Le wi-fi était defectueux les premiers jours, et ensuite nous ne le captions pas dans la chambre, il fallait aller à l'extérieur. tres bel emplacement, entre la plage et les restaurants/boutique! L'eau de la piscine n'était pas trÚs claire. « We loved the house. Its unique design includes a pool that runs down the center of the home. Bedrooms and living area are on either side. Its casual design is great for outdoor living. « The place meeted more than our expectations. While being close to all the amenities, we felt like we had our peaceful nest to come back to in between activities. Staying in was an activity itself. The team (concierge, maintenance and cleaning) made our stay perfect and enjoyable from A to Z. « Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!! »

"Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hÎtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hÎtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout trÚs bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hÎtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
