„The location was great, with a lot of restaurants, stores, and amenities within walking distance. The room was perfect. With a lot of attention to cleanliness, style, and ambience. it was like a 50s time capsule. The hosts were timely in communication and highly responsive. I had a wonderful stay. Will be back again.“

„The property owner is awesome to communicate with and willing to answer any questions you many have. The little bungalow is so beautiful and clean. We have stayed in many different places in Helen, but this one will be our place for now on. The cozy feeling of home away from home just made our stay perfect. “

The covered back porch with the hot tub is great any part of the day. The home is at the top of a hill and less than a 15 minute walk to the edge of town or a 3 minute drive. „Our family spent the weekend at this property in order to attend an event in Dahlonega. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for the weekend, including 2 coffee pots. :) The men in our family enjoyed the river location. The house is spacious and the beds were comfy.The host described the driveway correctly. We appreciated the heads up about driving a SUV.Thanks for a wonderful stay!“

„Property was conviently located close to all of the restaurants and shops. The Pink pig BBQ is in walking distance and absolutely delicious. I loved how spacious the property was and the view from the bedroom balcony was great. I would definitely stay here again and maybe book a longer stay next time. “

„We had the best time at Retreat 52! I took 5 "kids" (20, 18, 15, 15, 13) for a long weekend, visiting from Illinois. Things we loved:Hot tub was clean and nice.Fire pit area well lit and perfect for smores!Plenty of room in the house.Felt safe. Kids enjoyed playing pool (first time for a couple).Overall cozy feel.The porch was amazing!Host was helpful and responsive!Other notes:Would have liked to be able to see the golf course.Not recommended for anyone with trouble with stairs, lots of stairs ...

We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the communication with the host. The house has games, puzzles and everything you could want in a home. We enjoyed the suggestions for restaurants and welcoming atmosphere the owners gave us. We didn’t want to leave! “
