„Manuel was very responsive, and Carlos brought us what we needed. For a group of 5 or 6, this is a perfect stay. Water is provided free, just message Manuel and he’ll make it happen. The space was excellent and it should be mentioned that you are next to a farm which has a donkey, roosters and numerous chickens. But as far as a cultural experience, you’re 100% certain to get that here :)“

„The condo is located on a dirt side street, but don't let that deter you. The property is lovely and it is a 10- 15 minute walk to the bustling area of restaurants, shops and beaches. The main area of Sayulita is full of live music and people having fun, so we were happy to be in a quieter area. „There was cockroatch in the bathroom we had to discard of the first night there was a band playing on the street outside our balcony until 1am for the next 2 nights and roof construction started at 8 am we changed accomodations“

„We texted the host that the “heated” pool was quite chilly. Maintenence raised the temp a few degrees at our asking— but it was cool again the next day. Otherwise quite a charming place, good bed, and surprisingly quiet area. Nespresso or drip coffee/maker would have been a great plus, as cafes are down the hill, quite a ways away. “

„The unit was right next to noisy washer & dryer that seemed to be being used a lot. Ants on kitchen counter. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had great heat. Location was pretty good“

„This place was awesome! You are staying in a neighborhood. The views are of the mexican neighborhood nothing great! We truly loved our view though. If you want beautiful views this place is not for you. If you want to be in a true neighborhood with friendly people everywhere this is for you. We will definitely be back.
