« The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend. »

« We spent the night before our friends' wedding. The red tiny house had all we needed; bed, shower, coffee maker, and a hot tub. After the twisty ride from the Chattanooga area, the hot tub was a godsend. The gravel driveway was packed down enough for the motorcycle. It's a nice location for both Clayton and Helen. We will come back. »

« This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again. »

« This property is AMAZING!!! It is private but yet within a short drive to restaurants, shops, and beautiful outdoor waterfalls/rivers. It is very well furnished, well decorated, and the landscaping is beautiful. Such a peaceful and wonderful get away!!!! The owner was so gracious and helpful with booking/check in and any questions. We can't way to come back and stay again!!!!!!!!! Angel L »

« Wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, communication was excellent, well equipped with small appliances. It even had an iron, which was appreciated for my husband's dress shirt. »

« We enjoyed our weekend away at Pop's Peak. The cabin was beautiful, clean and we enjoyed it with our grandbaby. Willam was always super responsive and helpful when I had questions. It was just so peaceful there and exactly what we needed for a weekend away!! We would definitely return! »

« Wonderfully light, clean, and comfortable place to stay while we worked in the area. Peaceful view over the golf course. Yes the road is single-lane, but we never encountered another vehicle the entire week of coming and going. Carly is a great host, and we hope there is availability when we work up there next year! »
