Country charm

Perfectly cozy, comfy and fit our needs!

As soon as we walked in, I was in love with the place! The views were amazing from the front and the back! The fenced in back area was great to sit out with our dogs any time of the day. Communication was fantastic with Joey! The location was great and getting to the grocery to trails to shopping areas was a breeze! We spent most of our time hiking and exploring and just relaxing in the evenings watching movies! Thank you, Joey! We hope to be back and hope when we do, your place(s) are available! Short getaway

The property was located close to town. Quiet neighborhood. It is attached to the main house but we had privacy. We ate out the majority of the time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it did have everything you would need to cook!

Casa wonderful

Joey was wonderful to answer my calls and advise me. We love the home, the location, the decor, and everything was perfect. Hopefully We will come back and rent rent the large house for our entire family.

This is an awesome location. So convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The home was perfect for us. It was Very comfortable, clean and stocked very well. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Host was very accessible and made check more than simple. Hope to return and stay there again.

Perfect stay in Sedona for two!

We had a delightful stay at the Cozy Cottage. Joey proved to be an exceptional hostess, ensuring our every need was met. The property itself was ideal for our getaway. We took advantage of the nearby trails in Sedona, enjoyed serene moments on the back patio during both morning and evening, and indulged in a restful night's sleep, thanks to the luxurious linens on the King bed.

Beautiful casita in Sedona

Quiet and beautiful location! We enjoyed or stay and the surrounding area. Close to stores/ shops yet far enough to be blissful. Would stay again if we return to the area. We had to leave early due to a family situation so our time was short but fun! I highly recommend this casita! Bigger than we thought with everything you may want or need! Joey is a delight to talk to and extremely caring!

1st Time to Sedona

The apartment was perfect for the two of us and our miniature schnauzer! We explored & hiked a lot so we were only there in the evenings to hang out a bit. Joey was very friendly & attentive to our needs over the Christmas holiday.

Excellent stay in West Sedona. The place is very cute and very clean and exactly as depicted. Host was wonderful to deal with and very, very nice. Highly recommend this property and Sedona is beautiful!

Scenic views from the very beginning !

Lovely nhood and perfect location. Has everything u need. Paper towels, coffee etc. Ate breakfast and had wine and cheese on back patio-nice breeze and private. Bed was comfy and for all the days of hiking and washer/dryer came in handy. Quick drive in to town and Safeway grocery just 5 min drive. Could not have wanted anything better. Cozy casa was awesome and the red rock views daily thru the front windows were inspiring. Everything is no more than 5-8 min drive but nice to be in a quiet relaxing safe nhood ❀ Would definitely stay here again
