A Retreat Atop the Red Rocks

The photos that you see here of the property 100% reflect and capture the magnificent of this retreat among the Red Rocks. If you’re looking for peace and privacy, yet with great proximity to Sedona, this is your destination of choice. Besides being extremely clean and fresh, the home was appointed with tasteful furnishings. Beautiful and comfortable pretty much sums up all of the finishes, and that goes for each of the beds throughout. Large balconies provide a nearly 360 view of some of the most epic Red Rock formations. It’s all before you yet ever so peaceful. You feel as though you are miles away from civilization, but you’re really just several minutes outside of Uptown Sedona. What’s more, there’s a beautiful pool and spa which provides the perfect perch for starlight gazing. I can’t say enough about just how special this property is.

Good place with a major disappointment

We were an adult family traveling for spring break. House is as pictured - amazing views, very good location to many things youWill want to do in sedona.Payed a lot extra to heat the pool and poolNever warmed to a usable temp and hot tub never got past luke warm. So after paying a lot for the rental itself we had the additional large fee to Heat pool and were never able to use either. Asked for a pool heating refund and managers refused,Very disappointed So do not rent and expect pool or hot tub to be usable . Everything else was just very good.

Fabulous multilevel home with several outdoor spaces. Felt very private but only took a few min to be in town. Kitchen was huge and well appointed, main living room was very comfortable and the bedrooms were on different levels so we all had our own “wing”Would definitely stay here again

Top of the Mountain

Absolutely stunning property at the top of the mountain. Incredible views of Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Courthouse Butte, Mammoth Rock, Snoopy Rock and more. Close to Tlaquepaque and the rest of downtown Sedona. Plenty of room for larger groups with an amazing pool and hot tub.

Incredible!

This house is incredible!! Pictures can’t do it justice- it is more than you could imagine. The views, the furnishings, the hot tub and pool. It made for the best long weekend with friends! We walked to the Airport Mesa Vortex. All the restaurants and Pink Jeep Tours were less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

40th birthday trip!

We celebrated a 40th birthday here and it did not disappoint. The house is furnished beautifully, yet super comfortable. The views are spectacular. We had an issue with the hot tub, but maintenance fixed it the next day (a part had to be ordered). I will book here again!!

Great stay in Sedona

This property was perfect for eight adults for a week. The highlight is obviously the outstanding views from all the big windows in the home. Each of the four bedrooms is nice and private but the home also has great communal spaces too, especially the living room and kitchen. We cooked most meals in during the week and found the kitchen to be extremely well appointed with just about every kitchen tool, appliance, pot and pan, and serving pieces you could imagine. The kitchen itself had great views and was designed in a way to be a social space. No one was stuck in the kitchen by themselves making or cleaning up meals. We did not spend a whole lot of time on the deck (winter visit) but did use the high-end Napoleon grill just outside the kitchen. The hot tub featured great views, heated up quickly and is big enough to hold at least 6 adults comfortably. Great for after hiking. The property is well located, central to West Sedona, uptown, or Oak Creek. House instructions were clearly communicated. We made frequent use of the trail behind the house to connect to Brewer Trail and enjoy sunrise and sunset on Airport Mesa. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views and beautiful house!

What we liked: ‱ Wow factor views! ‱ Beautiful house, well decorated with good amenities ‱ Responsive management and easy check-in ‱ Great location, out the way quiet area but close to Sedona attractions. What we were less pleased with: ‱ Pool cover broke in closed position – apparently this has happened previously. Management did respond to sort, but as we were only here three nights, we missed an evening’s swim. ‱ The layout of the property is that the pool is on the back terrace, near two minor bedrooms. This meant a long walk with lots of stairs in between to get food/drink from the kitchen, or to have a wee, as the toilet shared by the two minor bedrooms was out of order, (from before we arrived – we were not notified of this beforehand). It would be much better to locate the pool at the front terrace, allowing easy access to & from the kitchen and main living & dining areas. The pool itself is very attractive, but the surface is very hard on the feet, resulting in cuts after minimal use. ‱ The cleaning inside was fine, but outside was not. There was food in the grooves of the external decking, and the windows and glass doors were very dirty with weather and handprints. We did not bother to report this at the time as we were only there for such a short stay. Overall, despite some issues mentioned above, we would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again ourselves, albeit for longer!
