Absolutely beautiful place-loved how it was decorated and the views were amazing! Enjoyed spending time on the deck star gazing, as well as having a morning coffee in the hanging chair. Everything was clean and organized. Appreciated all of the instructions and information that was provided. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.- very well stocked. There was a fire on Mt Wilson behind the condo and I really appreciated a call from the management company with information about possible evacuation, as well as a text to sign up for updates. We felt very safe as a result. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful location

We loved the view. This place is about 20 minutes south of the town of Sedona, but an AMAZING view while commuting, makes that not an issue. The home is cozy and comfortable, just a few areas of flooring in the kitchen/ dining room that seem to be lifting. Otherwise a great place to stay.

very nice home in beautiful setting with great views. only minor issues are no pool towelsright side of toaster was a little jankyknob in shower fell off a few times as it is missing screws.

Spectacular Property

Our family (2 adults, a teen, and a child) had a wonderful stay at this property. We could not have asked for a better home base for our week in Sedona and surrounding areas. Everything from the views, the beds, the kitchen, and more were exactly what we needed. The kids had their own space away from our bedroom. The master bathroom was divine - the large shower and separate soaking tub were icing on the cake.

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Sedona

Stated for 11days with my spouse and another couple. We had an amazing time. The home is quite spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. The 2nd bedroom is a bit small, but that wasn’t an issue. The views from the back deck are wonderful. We used the community pool several times, played golf on a the community course and even tried a round of foot golf. There are many exceptional restaurants nearby and it’s only a 30 minute drive to downtown Sedona depending on traffic. Our only complaint was that the management company strictly enforced the 4 pm check in and 10am checkout times. Since the property wasn’t booked immediately before or after our reserved dates, they offered us early/late check in/out times for an additional fee of $50 per HOUR. We were highly insulted. We booked an 11day stay and they wanted $50 more per hour?! Very tacky! The Ritz wouldn’t have charged that if our room was available earlier. I’ve owned VRBO properties and always offered that as a complimentary service to my guests when possible. Unfortunately, it put a damper on our initial experience, but we didn’t dwell on it. Aside from that, we loved the home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider booking there again.

Truly a Treasure

The property was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The property management company was great! Seamless check in and always available to speak with if we had a question or needed anything. We would definitely stay again!
