« This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find! »

« My partner and I stayed at Leroy’s Lounge and had a great time. It is such a unique experience compared to just grabbing a hotel room for a night. Had a hard time finding it in the dark after a FSU game, but Sandy was extremely helpful with directions. If you don’t mind camping, it really is an enjoyable experience. « Upon arrival we could not get the key out of the lockbox. I contacted the owner with no response until the following morning. Luckily a neighbor was kind enough to help us get the key. The following morning we woke up to extremely cold temps due to the low temperatures but finally figured out the mini split. The beds were very comfortable and the pool and kiddie was perfect!
