Amazing property

This house was perfect for our extended family of 11! Everything as advertised, clean property, well maintained, great neighborhood, and excellent communication. Bayside has great amenities and the neighbors even checked in with us too to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Can’t wait to vacation here again!

This host thought of everything!!!

First, ill say that i am a usual customer of the competitor, but they couldn’t accommodate my large family vacation this year. So i checked this site out and found this location. Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. From check in to check out, the location was everything we expected and more. And it is equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your time. The kids loved going outside and riding the bikes with the neighbors. We needed to bring nothing for the.beach as everything was in the garage at our convenience. TVs in every room, play room for the kids, backyard, fully equipped kitchen, the house has it all. Not sure if it thwy were left by the host or the previous guests, but the cabinets and pantry were stacked with the essentials. My family is big on cooking and baking, and everything we needed was there, except a kitchenaid mixer, which i brought myself. I have nothing bad to say about this property, I enjoyed myself and i know you will

Family Vacation

The house was beautifully decorated and clean and had the bonus of beach umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles, and more for us to use. Having linens and a fully stocked kitchen added to the ease of packing. The house had more than enough space for seventeen of us, from the youngest of the kids to my 80 year old mom. Not only was the house beyond, the host responded quickly. We will definitely rent here again!

Property was as advertised and then some. It was well appointed and stocked with every item you can think of. The owner is very responsive and the home was perfect for our three family gathering, is close to beaches and the HOA is full of amenities. You won’t be sorry if you select this home!

The BEST in Delaware

My family could not stop raving about Spencer and Elizabeth’s beautiful home. From the very organized kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and play area for our children — we honestly could not wait to book it again! The house is in a beautiful community with amazing amenities which made us wish we were there longer. The location is very convenient! I love how we were able to plan a trip to the beach without worrying about travel time, try local restaurants, and go to the grocery for whatever we needed during our stay.

Great Week of vacation

The house is perfect. The house addressed every need. The two family rooms are great if you have kids. Rooms are spacious. All of the amenities provided cover everything you will need. The Bayside community is very nice, it has everything you need as well. We would/will rent this house again if we make it back to Delaware

Loved our stay

Spender was very helpful and responsive! The house was also very nice and i have to say the mattresses were very comfortable (which is usually not the case for most places!) The only thing we had issues/thing to note was not all 3 showers can be used at the same time or someone would be showering in cold water. Also, we had a bit of issue with upstairs lounge area tv (tv couldn’t connect to wifi). But overall, great place to stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful home perfect for families!

We absolutely loved staying in this home, it was perfect for our whole family (9 of us in total). The house was equipped with so much for adults and kids (bikes, play room etc..) and with three families in one home, it didn’t feel as if we were in each other’s way at all! Loved the location as well! Spencer was so great to answer any questions we had. Thank you and we will definitely be renting this place again!

Incredible Stay

The one thing that was amazing about this house was how much came with it! We didn't need to travel with all of our beach stuff as they had beach toys and chairs. There was also a very well stocked kitchen full of cookware, which I usually struggle with when traveling because most places aren't well stocked. We stayed with another family and it was really great to have all the toys for the little kids upstairs, kept them entertained while the adults cooked, hung out, etc. The garage also has bikes, scooters, helmets, plenty of things for the kids to do. We really loved the neighborhood and the pool is so close you can walk or bike there. We did go to the beach, which is close, although the kids would have preferred just to stay in the community the entire time!

Spencer did a fantastic job accommodating us at the last minute. Thank you again! Great location! Can walk to pools, sports courts and playground. Loved the bikes, beach chairs and sports equipment provided. Highly recommend Bayside for family vacations.

A great family vacation house

This house was terrific for our family of 11, including 5 kids. Great layout, lots of space. We especially enjoyed using the bikes at the house, and loved the pool and the kayaking at Bayside. The owners were very responsive in resolving a few small issues for us.
